Opinion:
In a style similar to Super Mario World, Psycho Waluigi is a Mario game on many levels but with more complicated gameplay. The psychic powers are well done but ultimately are the biggest divergence from the Mario formula. Other then this, Psycho Waluigi is remarkable Mario like and of a similar quality. If you like the 2D Mario games then this is a must play and if you like unique platformers then this is also a must play.

The best offering of Waluigi, and by far the best Mario fan game.
